Admissions to the Montessori are open and transparent.

Bluegems Montessori is committed to parents and their young children in ensuring a foundation learning skills that are important during their formative years.

A Pre-Montessori programme for children from 1 year 8 months to 2 years will be nurtured with about 20 children per environment.

The Montessori programme will have a maximum of 30 children per environment in the age group 2½ - 5½ years and will cater to preparatory studies for students who will enter regular school in Standard I at Chandrakanthi Public School.

The six typical Montessori environments will comprise Exercise for Practical life, Sensorial activities, Science, Mathematics, Language activities and Culture.

All facilitators are Association of Montessori International (AMI) trained and are competent at guiding the children through their learning experience with learning aids and study material specially designed for experimental learning by the children.

Admissions may be sought for the Pre-Montessori Programme (1.8 to 2 years) or the Montessori Programme (Level 1) 2½ - 3 years.

Eligibility

The child should be 1yr 8 months to 2 years as on 1st October for admission to the Pre-Montessori programme & 2½ years to 3 years as on 1st June for admission to the Level I of the Montessori programme.

After Montessori, the children will progress to Grade I at Chandrakanthi Public School, where they will be able to pursue studies up to Grade 12 under the CBSE pattern.

 
Admission Procedure  

Admission for the Pre-Montessori (Age 1 year 8 months to 2½ years as on 01 Oct) and Registration for Level I (Age 2½ -3 years as on 01 Jun) opens on Vijayadasami day every year. Classes for Pre-Montessori commence in Oct / Nov and the child would enter Level I in June the succeeding year. Pre-Montessori is optional and not compulsory.

Admission is a staged process

Stage 1 comprises registration of the child for the desired programme

Stage 2 being procuring of Prospectus and Admission registration Form 10 days prior to Vijayadasami (October) through December.

Stage 3 being submission of the Admission registration form (within 3 days of issue of Registration form).

Successfully registered students will be informed of their admission to the desired programme for which admission is sought and will be required to pay the school fee as specified in the fee details.

Management's decision will be final.

Students admitted will be asked to report to school on the first day of the academic year after having completed all necessary formalities, that include fitness check, uniform procurement, books procurement etc.,

Failure to qualify / comply with the admission requirements at any time will automatically disqualify the student from admission and the admission offer issued by the school will be withdrawn.
